Last week’s big blizzard over northern North Dakota, that dumped several inches of snow and stacked drifts a few feet deep, created horrendous problems for residents, students, business owners and travelers throughout the region. I might even agree that particular storm deserved to be named: Saturn.

The presence of the churches in Kenmare has always been strong. I’ve covered enough church centennials in the community and surrounding area to recognize that.
